A harmonious balance of fine and elegant Wombat Creek fruit blended with the more generous and spicy flavours of Highbow Hill vineyard, vinified separately in hand-selected oak barriques and puncheons to create this silky, savoury, delicately spiced pinot noir from one of Australia’s oldest wine regions. This truly special wine is much more than the sum of its parts.

“Medium to full depth of colour, ruby with little purple remaining. The bouquet is sweetly floral with some bunchy details, the palate sweetly succulent and layered, with dried herb, floral and Campari nuances working well with raspberry and dark cherry fruits. A lovely wine, in spite of a slightly broad and amorphous palate shape. There's a lot to like here.” – Huon Huke
