FROM OUR SUSTAINABLY MANAGED VINEYARD
Our Mornington Peninsula vineyard is in conversion to organic certification. This wine was vinified partly in a ceramic egg.
“A very pale lemon-yellow colour. A subdued nose of green pear and leafy herbs. The palate shows more vibrancy with bright melon and pome fruits and a complexing ling of saline minerality. Leaning towards medium-bodied with a good weight at the core, whilst bright acidity brings drive and crunch to the finish.” – Stuart Knox
