Camembert le Conquerant
The closest to a raw milk camembert we can procure. It takes longer to ripen the chalky centre but over 5- 8 weeks this gradually softens to a deliciously rich fudgy texture with distinct hints of wet straw and cauliflower. The flavours and aroma are divine.
