Sam Studd is back for one night only and has teamed up with Handpicked to show off his favourite Comte toastie recipe whilst Handpicked’s wine expert will guide you on a journey through this Wine & Cheese pairing workshop!

Indulge on a delicious selection of wine varietals and cheese and learn the story behind each one, including where they’re from, their style, tasting notes and how to pair.

ABOUT SAM STUDD

Sam has been working with specialist cheese for about a decade. During that time, he has worked closely with his Father and sister Ellie to promote a greater understanding of what good cheese is all about and championed the cause of traditional cheeses made from raw milk.

Throughout his career, he has completed the CPP (Certified Cheese Professional) qualification, worked on numerous artisanal dairies across North American and Australia while being an active member of the revered Guilde Internationale des Fromagers.

In recent years, he ha helped create the Will Studd™ selection of cheeses which have carefully been chosen for there provenance, texture, aroma, and flavour.
