The art of assemblage. A harmonious balance of fine and elegant Wombat Creek fruit blended with the more generous and spicy flavours of Highbow Hill vineyard, vinified separately in hand-selected oak barriques and puncheons to create this silky, savoury, delicately spiced pinot noir from one of Australia’s oldest wine regions. This truly special wine is much more than the sum of its parts.

Fecund strawberry notes careen along gently fibrous tannins, expansive and spindly. Acidity, palpably natural. Lovely structure and density to this. Light years ahead of the Yarra Collection. A richly tapestried pinot.

To ensure your cheeses and charcuterie items stay fresh during transportation, all products are sealed individually and the deliveries are transported within 3 hours with ice packs inserted. Please refrigerate upon receipt.
