How will i be billed?
You will be billed for your first trunk when you join. Following this, you will be automatically billed for the next subscription package on the 1st of the month you are receiving your box. You will receive a courtesy email 14 days prior to the billing date to remind you.
When does my trunk ship?
Your first trunk is dispatched within 5 business days of joining.
Following this, your next trunk will ship on the 15th of the following month or quarter.
The cut-off for subscriptions is midnight on the 9th of each month.
If you need the Wine Trunk to be sent out by a certain date, please add a note in the comment section when checking out.
