Collection NV Tasmania Cuvée - 92pts Halliday Wine Companion

This is our first Tasmanian traditional method sparkling and is a blend of 50/50 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It has delicate red fruits from Pinot Noir and some sweet lemon and oyster shell notes from the Chardonnay. All is balanced with fresh natural acidity and a clean finish. The wine has great length and, most importantly, an abundant fine mousse that lasts and lasts.

2020 Trial Batch Tasmania Riesling - Small-Batch Release

Our first Tasmanian riesling loaded with flavour, texture and amazing aromatics. A very perfumed wine with aromas of lime, candied lemon peel, orange water, orange blossom, slate, powdered ginger and five spice.

2019 Collection Tasmania Chardonnay - 95pts Halliday Wine Companion & Gold Medal Winner 2020

This is a leaner style Chardonnay, reflecting its Tasmanian provenance, it has juicy lemon and fine white peach fruit notes and mouth-watering acidity. The oak character is restrained, adding light notes of nougat and nuts. This wine is drinking beautifully now and has all the requisites to soften, integrate and mature beautifully over the next 10 or more years.

2019 Collection Tasmania Pinot Noir - 96pts & Top Rated with Halliday Wine Companion 2022

From our two sustainably managed vineyards - Native Point and Auburn Road. Gorgeous aromas of ripe cherries and rose petals. The palate sings with black cherries and berries; superfine, mouthcoating tannin and perfectly balanced oak.

2019 Auburn Road Vineyard Pinot Noir - 96pts & Top Rated with Halliday Wine Companion 2022

A gold medal winner from our sustainably managed vineyard. The wine is beautifully perfumed and has pure cherry, rhubarb and an earthy depth with velvety texture and fine, silky tannin. It seduces you with its aroma and captivates you with its vibrant long-lived mouthfeel. Everything is in balance here, fruit, texture, tannin, acidity, and oak all joining together in an overwhelming Pinot experience.
