HOW WE PACK YOUR ORDER
To ensure your cheeses and charcuterie items stay fresh during transportation, all products are sealed individually and the deliveries are transported with ice packs inserted. Please refrigerate upon receipt.
DELIVERY
Orders are typically delivered between 3pm & 10pm the day of dispatch.
SAFE DROP
Liquor Law Compliance
Please ensure that the specified recipient will be home to receive the order, as we cannot leave wine orders unattended. There will be a redelivery fee incurred should the item be returned to the cellar door.
SHIPPING FEES
$15 - Within 10km radius of Chippendale
$25 - Within 10.1km to 25km radius of Chippendale
Free - When you pick up your order from the Handpicked Cellar Door in Chippendale

If you are purchasing a gift for a loved one, add your message in the delivery/gift message box at checkout. Your order will be carefully packed by one of our cellar door team in Chippendale, NSW and they can include a handwritten note for you.

CHEESE AVAILABILITIES
We endeavour to always supply the advertised cheese item, however due to the current circumstances we may be required to substitute items without notice due to supply. Our experienced crew members carefully select the product from our premium and local supplier that most closely matches your original selection.
